Analog Mixed-Signal Circuit Architect / Team Lead

We areseeking a Team Leader in Analog Mixed-Signal Circuits to guide and grow ahigh-performing engineering team at the forefront of next-generation computing.This is a unique opportunity to lead the development of advanced mixed-signalsystems that redefine the limits of speed, performance, and efficiency.

Lead and mentor a team ofanalog/mixed-signal designers through all stages of product development—fromconcept to tape-out and silicon validation

Oversee design and simulation of complexanalog and mixed-signal blocks (e.g., amplifiers, ADCs/DACs, PLLs) with a focuson meeting aggressive performance, power, and area targets

Coordinate closely with digital, layout, and packaging teams to ensure seamless integration and design closure

Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and technical risk assessments to ensure timely delivery of milestones

Set and enforce design standards, review methodologies, and best practices across the analog/mixed-signal team

Serve as a technical leader during design reviews, tape-outs, bring-up, and debug cycles

Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Minimum Qualifications

7+ years of experience in analog/mixed-signal circuit design, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or managerial role

Deep understanding of analog and mixed-signal fundamentals, including device physics, noise, signal integrity, and power management

Proficient in industry-standard tools (e.g., Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, Mentor Graphics, etc.)

Strong project management and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

Experience guiding physical designand layout for high-volume silicon tape-outs

Deep knowledge of high-speed orprecision data converter architectures

Experience in lab bring-up,electronic device debugging, and testing

Advanced degree (MS or PhD) inElectrical Engineering or a related field

Compensation & Benefits

Annual base salary from $180K to$300K

Equity + insurance + 401(K)
