Lead and mentor a team ofanalog/mixed-signal designers through all stages of product development—fromconcept to tape-out and silicon validation
Oversee design and simulation of complexanalog and mixed-signal blocks (e.g., amplifiers, ADCs/DACs, PLLs) with a focuson meeting aggressive performance, power, and area targets
Coordinate closely with digital,layout, and packaging teams to ensure seamless integration and design closure
Manage project schedules, resourceallocation, and technical risk assessments to ensure timely delivery ofmilestones
Set and enforce design standards,review methodologies, and best practices across the analog/mixed-signal team
Serve as a technical leader duringdesign reviews, tape-outs, bring-up, and debug cycles
Foster a culture of innovation,collaboration, and continuous improvement
7+ years of experience inanalog/mixed-signal circuit design, with at least 2 years in a technicalleadership or managerial role
Deep understanding of analog andmixed-signal fundamentals, including device physics, noise, signal integrity,and power management
Proficient in industry-standardtools (e.g., Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, Mentor Graphics, etc.)
Strong project management andorganizational skills
Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration
Experience guiding physical designand layout for high-volume silicon tape-outs
Deep knowledge of high-speed orprecision data converter architectures
Experience in lab bring-up,electronic device debugging, and testing
Advanced degree (MS or PhD) inElectrical Engineering or a related field
Annual base salary from $180K to$300K
